Project Directory
Every project with its own code, category, location, status, starting price and handover target — in a grid or a list, whichever you read faster.

Model your projects the way they are actually built — tower, floor, unit — then let the whole team read one live inventory. No two agents selling the same flat, no spreadsheet that was right last Tuesday.

From the first plot record to the last handover — every one of these is a real screen inside Exkoo.
Every project with its own code, category, location, status, starting price and handover target — in a grid or a list, whichever you read faster.
Apartments, Housings, Resorts and Land Shares each carry the fields that type actually needs, instead of one form pretending to fit all four.
Model the building the way it is built. Add towers, generate floors, then hold every unit with its size, type, facing and price.
Available, Hold, Booked, Sold — the status changes the moment a booking is taken, for everyone at once. No two agents sell the same flat.
One stock view across every project, split by apartments, housings, resorts and land shares — so you know what is left without opening each project.
A booking sits against a real unit with its own payment schedule — what is paid, what is due, what is overdue, per buyer.
Track each project's construction phase by phase with dates and site updates, so sales and buyers see the same picture.
The buyer record stays attached to the unit — carried across from CRM, not retyped — through booking, payments and handover.
Land-owner agreements, signings and reusable terms templates kept with the project they belong to instead of in a drawer.
Approvals, plans, contracts and photos stored per project. Categories, benefits and apartment amenities configured once, reused everywhere.
Most sales floors run on a shared sheet that is accurate until two people edit it. Exkoo holds the unit itself, so its status is the same fact on every screen.
Available
On the floor plan and in stock. Any agent can quote it.
Hold
Reserved for a named buyer for a set window. Out of everyone else's list.
Booked
Money has moved. The unit now carries a buyer and a payment schedule.
Sold
Fully paid and closed. It stays on the record, it leaves the stock count.
The moment a unit goes on Hold it disappears from every other agent's available list — not after someone remembers to update the sheet.
Sales, the site office and management all read the same stock count. The question stops being “is 502 still free?”
Booking, instalment schedule and receipts stay attached to the unit and its buyer, all the way through to handover.
The project record moves the same way — Draft → Verified — with a handover target you set per project, or leave as TBD until it is fixed.
Yes — projects are unlimited, and each one can hold as many towers as it actually has. Every tower has its own floors and units, and the stock view rolls all of them together so you can see what is left across the whole portfolio without opening each project.
All four are first-class project types. An apartment project carries floors, units and amenities; a land share carries share sizes and owners; a resort carries its own inventory. You pick the type when you create the project and the form follows.
Because the unit itself holds the status, not a document about the unit. When one agent puts 502 on Hold, it drops out of everyone else's available list immediately — desk, site office and mobile alike. There is no version of the sheet to reconcile.
Yes. A won lead carries into Projects as the buyer on the unit, with its history intact — every call, note and site visit. Nothing is retyped, and the same person stays recognisable through booking, instalments and handover.
Each booking gets its own payment schedule against the unit — what is paid, what is due, what is overdue — so collection is read from the unit rather than from a separate ledger somebody maintains by hand.
Under Project Signing, with the project they belong to. Land owners, signings and reusable terms templates are kept together, and project documents — approvals, plans, contracts, site photos — sit against the same record.
