From the first booking to the final handover — every one of these is a real screen inside Exkoo.
Booked value, collected, outstanding, overdue and active clients — read live from bookings rather than compiled at month end.
Every buyer with the bookings they hold, what they still owe and the documents attached to them.
Book a unit, transfer it to another buyer, cancel it, or send it through an approval queue before it counts.
Instalments received against each booking, with the money receipt and payment confirmation kept beside them.
What is due now, what is 1–30 days late and what is 31–60 — split by instalment rather than lumped per client.
Cheques followed from the day they are handed over to the day they clear, with bounces flagged instead of forgotten.
Refund receipts raised against cancelled or transferred bookings, so money going back out is as traceable as money coming in.
Sales agreements and deed agreements raised from reusable templates and kept with the booking they belong to.
Agent commission derived from the booking that produced it — not maintained in a separate sheet nobody agrees with.
Sales against collection month by month, revenue by project, pipeline by stage, and how far the monthly target still is.
Most developers can tell you what they sold. Far fewer can tell you what has cleared, what is late and what will never arrive — because those three numbers live in three different files.
Booked
The unit is reserved and its value lands on the book — net of discount, with cancellations excluded.
Agreement
Sales or deed agreement raised from a template and signed, kept against the booking.
Collected
Instalments received, receipts issued, cheques cleared. Only cleared money counts as collected.
Handover
Fully paid and documented — the booking leaves the receivable and the unit leaves your stock.
The due list and aging report split receivables by exactly how late they are, per instalment. Overdue is a headline figure, not something someone calculates on Sunday night.
Money receipts, payment confirmation, refunds and cheque clearance are records in the system — not a photo of a slip in a WhatsApp group.
It is derived from the booking that produced it, so what an agent is owed can be shown rather than debated.
Cancellations and transfers are first-class too — Cancel → Refund → Back to stock — so the book never counts a unit it no longer holds.
A won lead in CRM becomes a booking against a real unit in Projects. Sales picks it up from there with the buyer, the unit and the price already set — nobody re-enters anything, and the booking keeps the lead's history behind it.
Yes. Booked value and collected are two separate figures on the dashboard, and the Sales vs Collection chart tracks them month by month. A cheque only counts once it clears, which is why cheque clearance is its own step rather than an assumption.
The due list shows what is due now; the aging report splits receivables into current, 1–30 days and 31–60 days. Overdue sits on the dashboard as a needs-action figure with the number of instalments behind it, so chasing starts from a list rather than a hunch.
Booking Cancellation and Booking Transfer are recorded against the booking, refund receipts are raised where money goes back, and the unit returns to available stock in Projects. Cancelled value is excluded from booked value rather than quietly inflating it.
Yes — per agent and per booking, derived from the booking value. Because it reads the same record the sale lives on, the commission figure and the sales figure can't drift apart.
Sales agreements and deed agreements are raised from reusable templates and stored with the booking, alongside the payment schedule and receipts. Handover documentation lives on the same record.
