When a user connects their Facebook account, Page, or Lead Ads form to Exkoo with explicit permission, we may collect the following information:

• Lead information submitted through Facebook Lead Ads forms (such as name, email address, phone number, and form responses)
• Facebook Page ID and Lead Form ID
• Date and time when a lead is generated

We do not collect personal Facebook profile data unrelated to lead forms.

2. How We Use Facebook Platform Data

Facebook platform data is used only to provide the core functionality of the Exkoo CRM platform, including:

• Automatically saving Facebook Lead Ads data into the user’s CRM account
• Organizing and managing leads for sales follow-up
• Tracking lead status and customer communication

We do not use Facebook platform data for:

• Advertising or retargeting
• Data resale or sharing with third parties
• Profiling users outside the CRM service

3. User Control and Consent

• Facebook data is accessed only after the user grants explicit permission.
• Each user controls their own Facebook connection and may disconnect Facebook integration at any time from within Exkoo.
• Disconnecting the integration stops any further data collection from Facebook.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is securely stored using industry-standard security measures.
• Access to platform data is restricted to authorized systems only.
• We take reasonable steps to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Facebook Lead data is retained only as long as required to provide CRM services to the user.
• Users can delete leads manually from their CRM dashboard.
• Users may request complete data deletion by contacting us at our official support email.

To request data deletion, users can contact us at ashik@exkoo.com with their Facebook account identifier. Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and logged with a deletion timestamp.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Facebook platform data with third parties, except when required by law or legal process.

7. Compliance With Facebook Platform Policies

Exkoo complies with Facebook Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Data Protection requirements. Facebook platform data is accessed and used strictly within the scope permitted by user authorization.
